We are riding from Vientiane through to Luang Prabang and then up into Vietnam, stopping in at Dien Bien Phu and finishing in Hanoi. During our journey we will be stopping at the Luang Prabang Government Orphanage School in Laos with the funds we have raised prior to departure going towards feeding the kids a bit of brekky.

I have a couple of 3 metre sheets of roofing iron left over from building a verandah (1 has the corner cut out of it) can I send it to you to take over to the orphanage? Will it fit on your bike? Please let me know.

What a shame the guys couldn't fit the roofing iron on their bikes! But we'll make sure that some of the donated money goes to the "Raise a Roof" fund for the dormitory roofs. Maybe you have other friends who'd like to help?

We are desperate to raise the money in time for the construction work to take place over the summer school holidays when most of the children return to their villages (thus disrupting them as little as possible during the works). Thanks to ALL of the people who have donated so far...
